Check out these yummers. I served them to my Bunko friends the other day. This sugar cookie recipe with this cheesecake filling piped on top. (Our Princess suggested we try a cookie press to pipe the filling and it worked totally fabulous!) Chill until ready to serve, then everyone can top theirs with their favorite fresh fruits: (Mine are) strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries, mandarin oranges. And then we drizzled passion fruit pulp over the top. Mmmmmmm! I feel a bit sheepish that we ate them up so fast that I forgot to get a photo of them all put together. I'll be sure to remember next time. They were absolutely gorgeous!
